Presentation by Dr. Ortiz at the A.I.P.E.U.C Convention, regarding "Piensa Primero”, which was praised for his many ideas referred to this issue. Likewise in June of 2006 in the city of Cajamarca Dr. Ortiz participated at the Association of Decentralized Neurosurgery meetings were he gave a speech about health prevention in the neurosurgery field, and displayed an audiovisual of "Piensa Primero" “Think First” about these issues. The majority of Peruvian doctors of the specialty of neurosurgery attended to this meeting
